Arnica is rich in powerful anti-inflammatory compounds. His oily macerate is recommended in addition to treatments to soothe inflammation. It decreases the formation of the Blues and facilitates their absorption. Soothing, it relieves sore areas. Repairer. Rich in antioxidant active ingredients, it fights against the signs of aging. The presence of essential oil brings it a slight purifying effect.

Botanical name: Arnica Montana

Indications: Bruises, blows, blue. Muscle and joint discomfort, sprains, rheumatism, osteoarthritis. Uncomforts in the oral cavity or throat (bronchitis, dental extraction). "Light legs". Too pale skins, insufficiently irrigated

Uses: Is used as an ingredient in your preparations: gels and creams of preparation for sports activities, preparation of muscles. Relaxing massage oils and balms after sport. Soothing oils: blue, blows, bumps.

This oily macerate is prepared with macerated arnica flowers for several weeks in a virgin sunflower oil from first cold pressure. The properties of the plant give it a powerful analgesic and anti-inflammatory action which facilitates the repair and regeneration of the affected tissues, bruising and various trauma. Not using on an open wound and of course never internally.

Origin of organic arnica organic arnica cultivated in Greece in organic sunflower oil of 1st cold pressure.

Composition in fatty acids of organic sunflower oil: Poly-insaturated essential fatty acids (AGPI or Age) or Vitamin F: linoleic acid (omega 6) (51.10%) Mono-insaturated fatty acids (AGMI): Oleic acid (omega -9) (37.20%) saturated fatty acids (AGS): palmitic acid (6.6%), stearic acid (4.8%)

Other active constituents: essential oil (approx. 0.3 %) containing thymol, mono- and sesquiterpenes: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral actions. Sesquiterpenic lactones (Helealine, Arimaline, Arnicolides, etc.): anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and healing actions. Carotenoids: responsible for the coloring of macerate, powerful antioxidants and photoprotectors. Phytosterols (sitosterol, lactuCucérol, etc.): improve skin barrier function and microcirculation, slow down skin aging, anti-inflammatory drugs, protect against UV action.

Conservation conditions: oily macerate sensitive to oxidation. Keep in a cool place (temperature less than 20 ° C) sheltered from air and light.
