Grandmothers recipe (hair treatment)
- 4 tsp. Sweet almond oil soup
- 1 C. honey soup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 C. apple cider vinegar powder soup
Mix well and apply to damp hair let act for 15 minutes and rinse. Shampoo later.
Scrub (facial treatment (acne))
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 C. a soup of peppermint hydrosol or tea tree or sclared sage or rosemary or lavender.
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar powder
For easier, apply with a brush by avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with hot water and apply a cold towel to close the pores.
Foot bath for smells (warts and athlete foot)
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar powder
- 4 lukewarm water cups
Soak the feet 20-30 minutes
Sunburn
- 1 C. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. aloe gel
- 2 tsp. awarded
Mix everything and apply directly on the sunburn.
