This preservative will effectively keep all your preparations containing an aqueous phase (creams, milks, lotions, gels, and more). It is of synthetic origin but it is one of the rare conservatives authorized by Ecocert and it is therefore widely used in organic cosmetics. Total quantity of the final formula 0.6% cosgard ~ 30 g = 0.18 g, or 6 drops approximately ~ 50 g = 0.3 g, or 10 drops approximately ~ 100 g = 0.6 g, or about 19 drops with the raw materials: very good Compatibility, compatible with all emulsifiers and all gums.
With bottles / containers: Pure cosgard is incompatible with PET plastic. Do not pour pure cosgard into your crystal, white pet and blue pet bottles and do not incorporate it into a hydrosol or a preparation directly in the bottle. To incorporate the cosgard into a preparation or a hydrosol: transfer the product to a stainless steel bowl, add the preservative, agitate at length until the cosgard, then broadcast the product in the bottle. When the cosgard is properly diluted in a preparation, there is no problem, the preparation may be packaged in a PET bottle.
NB: If your hydrosol comes out of the refrigerator, wait for it to come back to room temperature to add the preservative, so that it dissolves well.
Storage keep at room temperature away from humidity and light. Close the bottle well after use.
