22 G GELISUCRE
15 g powdered sugar
10 g Epsom salt
2 g. Menthol crystals (melt in a bain -marie) 2 to 3 g. of fragrance of your choice
Phase 1 = Put (vegetable oil + fragrance) in a bowl.
Phase 2 = In another bowl, put phase B (Emulsifying Gélisucre).
Phase 3 = gradually add phase 1 to phase 2 by mixing vigorously between each addition to the mini-fouet. The mixture is gelled.
Phase 4 = incorporate phase 3 (powdered sugar+ Epsom salt). Pour the preparation in a pot.
