You can dilute with water to reach the desired % for food consumption. Otherwise you can use it for your household interviews and pure weeding of 12%.
That designed for food use is generally between 5 and 7% total acidity.
On the other hand, in the household field, total acidity is between 8 and 14% with a pH of 2.
