Mouth Bath recipe
- Birch xylitol:1 C. soup
- Baking soda :1 C. soup
- Peppermint essential oil or teeth health (Zayat):10 drops
Mix the powders and disperse the essential oil in the powder mixture. Condition the powder in a small pot. To make a mouthwash, dilute ½ teaspoon of the mixture in ½ glass of water. Rinse the mouth, keeping the mixture in the mouth for a few moments and then spitting.
